I had a fantastic stay at Innova Sultanahmet for four nights. The hotel is situated just a short walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially Mr. Unal, who helped me recover my lost passport. However, the third bed in the Deluxe room was a bit uncomfortable as it was a sofa bed, and there was some limitation in natural light in the Economy room due to a building obstructing the window.

I found my rooms to be clean and spacious. The Deluxe room had a small French balcony which provided a partial view of the sea, while the Economy room, though cozy, lacked natural light due to an obstructive view. Overall, the cleanliness was great.

Additionally, I encountered some inconsistencies with the staff; some were friendly and attentive, while others seemed a bit rushed. Overall, it was a decent experience but with room for improvement.
